How to order (contact info can be found at the bottom of this page):

This guide applies for everything I sell, including hyped drops unless I say something else before the drop. There are videos in the bottom of this page that might help you understand the ordering process 🙂

Place an order on the website: Add the desired item(s) to your cart and check out normally like on any other website. The price is in USD.

Once you reach checkout page, fill it out, and depending on which payment method you choose, you will be redirected. If you choose to pay using Credit card for example, then you will be redirected to pay directly using your credit card. However, if you want to pay using cryptocurrency, for example, then you have to click on “Confirm order” to confirm your order, and you will be redirected to “Order confirmation” page to pay.

The order confirmation page is very important.
It includes your order number

It includes our current and updated payment information and the “Payment Form” that you should fill after paying. Unless you used a payment method that automatically lets you pay, such as Credit card, the payment form shows which payment methods we are taking at the moment, in addition to how to pay using those payment methods. No need to ask us for payment information anymore. This page includes all the instructions you need regarding payment.

Follow the instructions shown on the order confirmation page to pay us.

Once you have paid us, fill the form (link is above) which can be found on the order confirmation page. If you lose the form link or have any inquiries, text us on WhatsApp or WeChat (can be found at the bottom), and give us your order number and information about your payment, such as the email you used to pay us and transaction ID.

We will check your payment and arrange QC for you if you pick the QC option. Otherwise, we will ship as soon as possible.

We check the payments at the end of every day. Therefore, if could be that we open your message and “leave you on seen” for some hours until we have checked your payment.

However, we trust you guys, so we will already start arranging QC directly to not waste any time, and then when we check the payments, if there are any problems (sent as PayPal goods and services for example) we will either refund, so you can pay again (and tell us once you pay again), or we will let you know laugh

Once we have QC ready, we will add your QC pictures of the pair of shoes that you are going to receive) onto your account on the website. Please check the video in the bottom to see how to find your QC pictures.

If you’re happy with the shoes, tell us to ship them by pressing “GL” as shown in the video below. If you would like to RL, you can contact our WhatsApp or WeChat customer service so we can assist you. You can tell us why you’d like a new pair so we can help you. (GL = “ship the shoes”, RL = “give me a new pair” if it’s reasonable of course)

Once you press GL, we will ship them, as mentioned in the FAQ’s.

If you have any special requests about shipping or anything, make sure to tell us as soon as possible, and surely before you press “GL.” (GL = “ship the shoes”, RL = “give me a new pair” if it’s reasonable of course)

It takes about 2-7 days for us to get the international tracking number. We will upload the tracking number on the website (in your account) as soon as we get it. Therefore, you don’t have to ask us for it, just check the website and you’ll find it once we have it 😀

That’s basically it, finito! Make sure to read the FAQ’s as well since they include important information.

You can track your order status by checking the website:

pending = either you didn’t pay or we haven’t received the payment yet. We check daily but maybe you paid after we checked, so give it up to 2 days after you pay

“success” means we got payment and preparing order

“shipped” is that we created the label and all that and once you get the tracking number it takes time to work (up to a week). that’s all 🙂

Sometimes, QC’s take a bit longer than 2-7 days due to some reasons and delays. I’m working hard and trying my best so I can improve and be able to supply you all with the shoes you want as fast as possible.

Please be patient if you see us online but we don’t reply ASAP, we have many customers and orders. We will get to you ASAP

No need to spam us with messages if we don’t reply ASAP. We reply from oldest to newest messages, so spamming us with messages will only delay it for you.

However, if it takes too long, feel free to send us a new message asking for an update (for example after 48 hours of no reply).

Please only text us on one of the methods

Don’t forget that we’re human too, and hence we need to sleep. Therefore, you might send us a message and not get a reply for hours. That’s probably because we’re asleep. We work from 9:00am to 6:00pm Beijing Time.
